Support and refunds

Include the email address of your Unforgettable Car AI account and, for a specific video, the date you generated it. Refund rules are in the Refund Policy.

If a video made with Unforgettable Car AI uses your image, your photo or other content of yours without permission, email support@unforgettablecar.com with:

  • a link to or description of the content,
  • who you are and your relationship to the content,
  • what you want us to do.

We review and act on takedown requests within 48 hours.
