These terms govern your use of https://unforgettablecar.com ("Unforgettable Car AI"). By using the site you agree to them. Contact: support@unforgettablecar.com.

Who can use Unforgettable Car AI

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Unforgettable Car AI.

What Unforgettable Car AI does

Unforgettable Car AI generates a short AI video from one photo of a person you upload and, optionally, one photo of a car; without a car photo, you pick one of our preset cars, which we designed with AI and which carry no maker badges or logos. An AI video model generates a new video of the person in your photo acting out the Unforgettable car trend: they talk to the camera, swipe two cards across the lens, a supercar appears behind them, they react and walk out of frame. It works only with that one scene: you cannot upload a video or audio of your own, and there is no text prompt. Videos are generated by third-party AI services we contract with. Unforgettable Car AI is our own product and is not made or endorsed by those providers or the makers of the AI models we use. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, CapCut, any car maker, musician or record label. Unforgettable Car AI does not provide music; videos come without music, and you can add a sound inside TikTok or Reels.

Your uploads

Before every generation you must confirm: "The person in my photo is me or an adult who agreed to this video, and I may use the car photo; no minors, no public figures, no sexual or harassing content." By confirming, you represent that:

The person shown is you or an adult who agreed to be in this video.
The person shown is not under 18.
The person shown is not a public figure or celebrity.
You took any car photo you add yourself or have the right to use it, it shows no other people's faces, and its license plate is covered or not readable.
The content is not sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise unlawful.

You keep ownership of your uploads. You give us a limited license to process them only to generate your video, run content-safety checks and deliver the result.

Car brands

We do not promise that a car's brand name, badge or logo will appear in your video, and the car in the video may differ from your photo in its details. Unforgettable Car AI never names car makers and does not state or imply that any car maker endorses Unforgettable Car AI or your video. You may not present a video as made, sponsored or approved by a car maker or dealer.

Prohibited uses

The full list of prohibited content, how moderation works and how we enforce it is in the Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may not use Unforgettable Car AI to:

Create sexual or sexually suggestive content of any person.
Impersonate, defame, harass or mislead about a real person.
Depict minors in any way.
Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
Attempt to bypass free-video limits, credit limits or content-safety checks, including by creating multiple accounts.

We may block a generation, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Generated videos

Subject to these terms and to the rights of the person in your photo and of the owner of any car photo, you may use the videos you generate, including posting them on TikTok, Reels and other platforms. Every video is labelled as AI-generated; keep that label when you post it. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected; review every video before you post it. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos.

Credits and payments

New accounts receive 10 free credits (2-second preview video) once per person.
Credits are bought in one-time packs. There are no subscriptions.
Credits from packs do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Credits for a failed generation are refunded automatically.
Payments are processed by Stripe, and charges appear on your statement as UNFORGETTABLE CAR AI.
Refunds for purchases follow the Refund Policy.
