Independent tool

Unforgettable Car AI (https://unforgettablecar.com) is an independent tool made for the Unforgettable car trend on TikTok and Reels. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, CapCut, any car maker or dealer, any musician or record label, or any other company. All trademarks belong to their owners.

No car brands

Unforgettable Car AI never names car makers and does not imply that any car maker endorses it or your video. Our preset cars are designed with AI and carry no maker badges or logos. If you add a photo of a car, we do not promise that its brand name, badge or logo will appear in your video, and the car in the video may differ from your photo in its details.

No original music or footage

Unforgettable Car AI does not host, stream or distribute music or any footage from the original trend videos. Each video is generated by an AI model from your photo, following a shot-by-shot motion reference we made with an AI-generated person and an AI-generated car, so no footage of other real people is used. Videos come without music: to post with a sound, add it inside TikTok or Reels using the platform's own sound library.

AI-generated content

Videos are created by AI and may contain errors, distortions or results that differ from what you expected. Review every video before you share it.

Every video is labelled as AI-generated on the site, in its file name and, for full videos, in the file's metadata. Keep that label when you post it, for example by turning on TikTok's AI-generated content label. Do not present the video as real footage or as proof that you own the car.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you upload and for how you use the videos you generate. Photos of minors and public figures are not allowed.
